Neea Pulse legal
Outreach Acceptable Use Policy
Mandatory rules for prospect research, contact data, campaigns, and email delivery through Neea Pulse.
Effective and last updated: 6 October 2026
1. Core rule
Use Neea Pulse only for lawful, relevant, proportionate business outreach. You are responsible for assessing the recipient type, territory, lawful basis, source, expectations, and content before sending.
2. Required practices
- Target genuine business recipients for a relevant professional reason and document your targeting rationale.
- Use accurate sender identity and contact details; never impersonate another person or conceal the sender.
- Include a clear, functional opt-out in every marketing message and action objections promptly.
- Maintain suppression lists and never re-add a suppressed address merely because it appears in a new data source.
- For identifiable contacts, provide required privacy information and maintain a documented lawful basis, such as a completed legitimate interests assessment where appropriate.
- Obtain consent where PECR or another applicable law requires it, including relevant outreach to individual subscribers such as sole traders and certain partnerships.
3. Prohibited use
- Spam, indiscriminate bulk messaging, purchased or scraped lists without verified lawful provenance, or sending to guessed addresses without appropriate safeguards.
- Deceptive subjects, fake reply chains, misleading familiarity, false claims, harassment, discrimination, threats, or unlawful content.
- Marketing illegal, regulated, high-risk, exploitative, adult, weapons, malware, credential, or fraudulent products or services.
- Contacting children, vulnerable people, personal addresses, sole traders, or protected categories without the legally required basis and safeguards.
- Evading provider limits, sender review, suppression, complaints, bounce controls, authentication, or security measures.
- Uploading special-category data, passwords, payment-card data, health data, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Enforcement
We may require evidence, reduce volume, pause campaigns, suppress recipients, reject content, or suspend or terminate access. Serious concerns may be reported to delivery providers or lawful authorities. Approval by Neea does not transfer your legal responsibility or confirm that a campaign is lawful.
5. Reporting
Report abuse, mistaken contact, or policy concerns to [email protected]. We will preserve enough suppression data to prevent further marketing while respecting applicable data-protection requirements.
