Privacy Notice
How NEEA STUDIOS LTD handles account, billing, security, prospect, and outreach information.
Effective and last updated: 6 October 2026
1. Controller and contact
NEEA STUDIOS LTD (company 14884574), 20 Peacock Lane, Plymouth, England, PL4 0DQ is controller for our website, accounts, billing, support, security, and our own business operations. Contact [email protected]. Customers are normally controllers for prospect and campaign data they place in Neea Pulse, and we process that data on their instructions.
2. Information we process
- Account identity, organisation, role, contact, authentication, and preferences.
- Plan, payment status, invoices, usage, and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers. We do not store full card details.
- Prospect organisations, professional contact details, source and verification evidence, targeting rationales, campaign content, delivery events, replies, objections, and suppression records.
- Device, IP, security, audit, diagnostic, and support information.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
We process data to perform contracts and provide the service; meet legal obligations; and pursue legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, support, service improvement, business administration, and relevant B2B communication. Where consent is required, it may be withdrawn. Customers must independently determine and document their lawful basis for prospect data and marketing.
4. Sources and sharing
Data comes from you, authorised users, recipients, integrations, delivery providers, public business sources, and service usage. We share only as necessary with contracted hosting, database, email, analytics, support, verification, payment, and professional advisers, or where law requires. Stripe handles payments under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers and security
Some suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or contractual transfer mechanisms. We apply access controls, tenant separation, encryption in transit, audit records, and operational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
6. Retention
We retain account and contract evidence while the account is active and as needed afterwards for legal claims, tax, fraud prevention, and audit. Workspace data is retained according to the service and customer settings. Suppression records may be retained as long as needed to honour objections. We minimise or delete data when it is no longer required.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. The right to object to direct marketing is absolute. Contact the sender shown in an outreach message to opt out, or contact us at [email protected]. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes
We may update this notice as the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. The date above identifies the current version.
